Standardisation of forms and Registers

It shall at all times be a special responsibility of the Directorate General to verify both the necessity and adequacy of the various registers, and forms in use in all Customs and Central Excise Commissionerates and wherever it seems necessary to suggest standardisation or simplification of the forms in use.
